A week of balanced meals ~ shopping list
Here is a free, printable grocery list I created for my family. In order to use it you will need the cookbook I use,"400 Calories Fix Cookbook" . I love this cookbook because it has breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, and snack recipes that fit well into my 1200 Calorie-A-Day diet. The list is sectioned into the aisles of the grocery store so it is easy to shop with. You can make your own using my template under "Blank Grocery List".
